the 351 cities and towns of Massachusetts in the event of a
disaster or emergency involving animals.
The State of Massachusetts Animal Response Team (SMART)
helps to support these organizations, agencies and individuals
who are committed to responding to the needs of the animal
population in disaster situations in the State of Massachusetts.
